JEAN-LUC · AMERSFOORT

I had no time either.

Father. Business owner. Full diary.

I’m Jean-Luc. I live in Amersfoort, and I’m a father and business owner. My days started early and finished late. Training kept slipping to the next day. Not because I didn’t want to. Because the gym meant another trip, another commitment and another hour.

I wanted to start at home. Without having to work out what to do first. A set that stays out of the way. A plan that remembers where I left off. Twenty minutes that actually fit into my day.

That’s why I’m making TSUYO. Not to change your life. To help you stay strong in the life you already have. Three times a week, whenever it fits. I’m building this for fathers and business owners like me.

Why TSUYO?

Tsuyo comes from Japanese and refers to being strong. No grand story. Just what matters.
